By accessing and using the GP Leadership Institute (GPLI) website and learning platform, a program of The Geese Project, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
GPLI provides online leadership, business and professional development courses, assessments and Certificates of Completion. Specific terms for each service or package may apply in addition to these general terms.
GPLI is a per-user licensed platform. Each account is for one person only; sharing logins is not allowed and may result in account suspension and termination. A licence may be transferred to another user within the same organization only if the original user leaves the organization. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
GPLI e-learning subscriptions are billed annually with a minimum of 5 users for the Basic Plan and renew from year to year. You may upgrade your package at any time; downgrades are not permitted during the subscription term. Subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Some courses are enrolled by your organization or facilitator and cannot be self-enrolled. Courses chosen as part of a 20-course bundle cannot be exchanged during the subscription period.
A Certificate of Completion is issued when you complete a course and score at least 80% on its final assessment. Certificates are issued by the GP Leadership Institute, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
You agree not to copy, record, resell or redistribute course content, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or use the platform in any way that is unlawful or disrupts the service.
All content, materials, and methodologies provided by GPLI and The Geese Project are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
GPLI and The Geese Project provide their services “as is” and make no warranties regarding the outcomes of their leadership development programs.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
